Stormy Leather guarantees to you, the original purchaser, that Stormy Leather will repair or replace any item which is defective in materials or workmanship, within 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks or indentations. For all other repairs of Stormy Leather products, please contact our manufacturing plant for a repair estimate.

DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS, STORMY LEATHER MAY NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

• NO SEX TOYS, BONDAGE GEAR, S/M TOYS, HOODS, GAGS, HARNESSES, OR UNDERWEAR (thongs, panties, briefs, jocks, teddies)
• NO WORN OR SALE ITEMS
• NO DILDOS, BUTT PLUGS OR INSERTABLE TOYS

Cleaned items may be sent to Stormy Leather for repair, and must be accompanied with a dry cleaning receipt. For your protection, all repairs should be sent via registered mail or UPS. Also, include a piece of paper INSIDE the package with your name and address on it. Please send the item for repair to:

Stormy Leather reserves the right to determine if an item is clean or not upon inspection. Items we determine to be contaminated with body fluids will be returned unrepaired
to the customer at their expense.
