You have the following options for placing your order with Stormy Leather®:
- Phone Orders
- You may phone in your Stormy Leather order to 1-800-486-9650. Phone orders are accepted during customer service hours: Monday-Sunday 12 a.m.- 7 p.m. Pacific time in our San Francisco Store. Please note, our toll-free number is good only within the continental US, and will not accept calls from pay phones. Please have all address and credit card information ready when you call.
- Online Orders
- Online - order will be authorized via the server system and arrive to us via e-mail. After we receive your order, we will then pick your order, capture the funds and then ship it by your chosen method.
- Online via FAX - you will fill out the online order form, then print it out. After filling in your credit card information and signing the form, you then FAX it to us at 415.626.0308. We receive your order, authorized the charges, and then process, charge and ship the order.
All orders must be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. Our system will automatically calculate sales tax for California and Florida residents. Shipping options are outlined on the shipping page. Our secure server will automatically visit that page before finalizing the order.
DUE TO CUSTOMS/DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES, STORMY LEATHER REGRETS THAT IT CANNOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES/AREAS: KOREA, RUSSIAN/EASTERN BLOCK COUNTRIES.

ONLY ITEMS SHOWN IN THE ONLINE STORE ARE AVAILABLE FOR MAIL ORDER.
Online orders will be processed once a day, Mondays through Fridays only. See delivery conditions below before contacting us regarding arrival of your shipment.
CHOOSING AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION DOES NOT EFFECT THE AMOUNT OF IN-HOUSE PROCESSING TIME NEEDED TO ENTER, BUILD (if necessary), PICK AND SHIP YOUR ORDER.
FULFILLMENT/STOCK AVAILABILITY
- Garments:
- We strive to maintain constant stock of our smaller items, and all complete orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Items not in-stock will ship within two weeks.
- All other garments (premium lingerie/separates and corsets) are being made to order. Average delivery time is up to 30 days from our receipt of your order. If we happen to have an item in stock, it will be processed within 48 hours of our receipt of your order.
- At this time, Stormy Leather cannot 'rush' any orders to meet specific date deadlines, and will not accept customer returns based on 'missed due date.
Please place your orders early during the Holiday season or contact either store for availability.'
- Toys:
- We strive to maintain stock on all toys. In-stock toy orders will be shipped within 48 hours of our receipt of your order. Toys not in-stock will ship within 2 weeks of our receipt of the order.
- At this time, Stormy Leather cannot 'rush' any orders to meet specific date deadlines, and will not accept customer returns based on 'missed due date. Please place your orders early during the Holiday season or contact either store for availability.'
- Vendor items (items not made by Stormy Leather)
- Occasionally we can experience delays of up to four weeks.
- Items which we cannot stock reliably will be removed from the online store.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Stormy Leather will never sell, rent, trade or give your name to any other company or organization.
Placing an order with Stormy Leather DOES NOT automatically add you to our mailing list.
Items are shipped in plainly wrapped packages. The return address label will say Stormy Leather Inc., but have no indication of contents.
QUALITY AND RETURNS
Stormy Leather guarantees to you, the original purchaser, that Stormy Leather will repair or replace any item which is defective in materials or workmanship, within 7 days from receipt of order. All returns must have a return authouization number, packing slip, and a copy of your sales receipt. No credit will
will be issued nor exchanges authorized for special orders, custom orders, or discontinued items. Return authorizations expire after 7 days of issue date. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks or indentations.
